Privacy and processing of personal data
According to art.13 D.Lgs 30/06/2003 n.196 Privacy Code and art.13 EU Reg. n. 2016/679 so called GDPR, we inform you as follows:
The Owner and data controller is IPSER Intellectual Property Services residing at Via M. Melloni 32 P.IVA 13170970159, and the name list of controllers, protection officer and people in charge of processing your data is stored at the Owner headquarter.
Your Personal Data, identified generally as Name, surname, company name, address, phone number, e-mail, bank coordinates, communicated for an information request and/or for the provision of services related to Intellectual and industrial property matters, copyright matters and domain name referred to you, are mandatory, failure to do so my make impossible to provide these services, and will be processed without your express consent (ex art.24 lett. a)b)c) Privacy Code and Art.6 lett. b)c)e) GDPR with the following method and purpose:
Processing purposes
Your Data are processed for the following service purposes:
-Compliance with the performance of an agreement with You and/or for any pre-contractual obligations thereof and fiscal purpose thereof;
-compliance with legal obligations to which the Owner is subject
-for the purpose of activities carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Owner
We inform you that if already our client, we could send communications related to the services rendered by the Owner similar to the ones already used, until you object (ex art.130c.4 Privacy Code)
Method of processing
Your Personal Data are carried out either using paper forms or using computer or IT enable tools following organizational procedures and modes according to art.4 Privacy Code and art.4 (2) GDPR namely collection, recording, processing, management, use, communication, cancellation and destruction. Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the hereinabove purpose they have been collected for. Anyway they will be retained for no more than 10 year after the end of the provision of the said service purposes.
Your data are stored on our internal server with backup system and will be accessible for the aforementioned service purposes to employees, coworkers, associates and Owner’s trainees as people in charge and/or involved in the processing or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner.
We have appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to protect such data against theft and unauthorized use.
The Owner may communicate your Data to supervisory authorities, judicial authorities, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, as well as those subjects to whom disclosure is mandatory by law for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes, without your express consent ex art.6 GDPR.
Otherwise your Data will not be disclosed.
As Data Subject, in every moment ,you can enforce the rights listed in art.15-21 GDPR (confirmation, updating, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection)and obtain all information concerning your Personal Data including the name of the controller, controller’s representative and protection officer and of the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed sending an e-mail to info@ipser.it or a registered mail to the address in the footnote. As Data Subject you have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.
